Let's go hiking to see some ruins! ☀️🏰
This weekend we go to the village Baden by Vienna in Lower Austria. The hike has a length of around 17 km and there is an elevation gain of around 350 m. We will see two different ruins. Ruin Rauheneck and Rauhenstein at the Helenenvalley next to Baden. Afterwards we will walk through the innercity of Baden. It's UNESCO-worldheritage and beautiful to see - it used to be a spa-town and still has a thermal bath.

▬▬▬▬ WHERE & WHEN ▬▬▬
We will meet at the trainstation Wien Meidling, on Plattform 1 and 2. Trainride is 30min.
When: Sunday, 12th November 8:40am.
We will be back in Vienna in the afternoon.

.▬▬▬ WHAT TO BRING ▬▬▬▬
Please make sure to bring the following things:
- Food -> Lunch and Snacks for the day! and water (at least 1 litre!)
- Sports shoes with good grip are fine.
- jacket and dress like an onion. 🧅 weather says 9 degrees, lots of layers! -> check the weather before for the right clothes!
- The money for the transport in cash. Please bring the exact amount!
- Extra money in cash is never wrong

10€/13€ with/without ESNcard. You pay at the meeting point, so please bring the exact amount. This includes the money for the train.
(No payment if you have a Klima Ticket or a ticket for the ride from Vienna to Baden)
